A Contemporary Renovation in Harmony with the Landscape of Veyrier-du-Lac

We worked on this villa renovation project in Veyrier-du-Lac in collaboration with LVO, with the aim of transforming the existing architecture and giving it a distinctly modern dimension. By rethinking the openings and interior spaces, the house became brighter, more open to its natural surroundings, while optimizing the spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Enlarging Openings to Better Connect Interior and Exterior

One of the major interventions of the project was the enlargement of windows and the addition of large glass doors, thus multiplying perspectives and flooding the spaces with natural light. These new openings strengthen the connection with the landscape, offering stunning views of the surroundings, while creating a calming and luminous interior.

A Modernized Interior Layout

The project also involved a complete reorganization of the interior space, highlighting a more fluid and contemporary layout. By incorporating modern materials, such as natural woods and sleek finishes, we combined comfort and aesthetics, creating a modern living environment while respecting the spirit of the villa.
