An Integrated Renovation Combining Architecture and Functionality

The renovation of the Villa des Bauges in Annecy was designed and managed in its entirety, from concept to completion, including the creation of custom-made furniture to offer an optimal and cohesive living experience. We focused on highlighting the existing architecture while rethinking the interior layout to transform this previously compartmentalized house into a fluid, open space tailored to contemporary needs.

A Reinvented Interior Layout for Greater Fluidity

We redefined the spatial arrangement to create open, airy volumes that allow for natural flow between rooms and a better connection with the outside. The new layout, combined with custom-made furniture, optimizes space and provides complete personalization, offering every occupant uncompromised comfort.

Thermal Renovation and Ventilation Strategy

Alongside the interior reconfiguration, a complete thermal renovation of the building was carried out, incorporating solutions to enhance energy efficiency. We implemented a mechanical ventilation system (VMC) to ensure optimal air quality while effectively regulating temperature and humidity indoors, providing sustainable comfort throughout the year.
