Refurbishment project with planning permission of a villa in Annecy-le-Vieux.

The big openings on the façade allow the connection between the garden and the interieur and the veluxs on the roof give the clients the possibility to see the mountains from the bedrooms. The new openings help with the natural cross ventilation in order to improve the thermal comfort in summer. The construction will be completed in 2024.
