Elena Morón Ruiz
Architect & Manager
Elena is an architect registered with the "ordre des architects" Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. She gained her BA Architecture at the University of Seville and completed her MA Dip Arch across three universities in Spain (Seville, Madrid and Barcelona), finishing at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.
Elena opened an interior design studio in Annecy in 2019 and more recently established the architectural firm Real Dear Architecte SARL. She has already designed and built several interior and external architecture projects in the region. The company offers design services, site supervision, and interior architecture in Haute-Savoie around Annecy and in Geneva area but also in the rest of France, United Kingdom and Spain.
Elena was Associate Architect at Squire & Partners in London until 2018. Her most recent work with Squire & Partners has been leading the complex construction of Chelsea Barracks and significant luxury residential developments in St Johns Wood Square and Grosvenor Place, and internationally with hotels and residential developments in Qatar, Slovenia and Saudi Arabia.. She has been published and her worked has been exhibited in different places,
Elena also has a Masters in Property Investment and Finance from Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK) which gave her an excellent knowledge of the property market.
